Bethpage FCU Expands use of Intuvo’s Digital Marketing Solutions to Advance Member Onboarding Success
After success using Intuvo’s digital marketing platform to improve mortgage lending, credit union turns to Intuvo to drive personalized onboarding efforts.
SCOTTS VALLEY, CA (March 22, 2018) — Intuvo (www.intuvo.com), a leading provider of marketing automation software to the credit union industry, has announced that Bethpage Federal Credit Union has expanded its use of Intuvo’s digital marketing solutions to include new member onboarding.
Intuvo configured an automated data feed from both the loan origination and core system, making the implementation a seamless plug-and-play. As a result, the credit union successfully implemented and executed its new onboarding strategy within two months.
Upon implementation, Bethpage created an automated month trigger program that provided a highly segmented and personalized onboarding experience for new members. The member experience was personalized with information on the member’s location, age, interests and the channel used to join the credit union. Content was then tailored specifically to the member’s situation, allowing for a one-to-one experience that’s not possible with traditional tools.
“With the significant improvement we saw in net promoter scores for mortgage processing, we wanted to leverage the Intuvo system beyond mortgage lending and implement a new member onboarding trigger program to deepen member relationships,” notes Jerry Schmitt, senior vice president marketing at Bethpage. “Working with Intuvo has been an absolute pleasure. In September of 2015, the credit union implemented Intuvo’s Mortgage Accelerator, a CRM and marketing platform designed to streamline loan processing and increase member satisfaction. Using the marketing platform to better engage members, Bethpage experienced significant boost in net promoter scores.
